PARTIDO STATE U OFFICIALS VISIT MMSU
OFFICIALS of the Partido State University visited the Mariano Marcos State University to discuss benchmarking activities.
MMSU officials shared the school’s best practices on intellectual property management and technology transfer.
Vice president for academic affairs Dr. Prima Fe Franco welcomed the ParSU delegates led by its President Raul Bradecina.
They met with the director of the science and technology park, Dr. Dionisio Bucao; chief of university intellectual technology support office Engr. Artbellson Mamuri, and chief of technology business incubation Prof. Armie Sabugo.
“The MMSU team presented the technology management framework, intellectual property workflow, and technology business incubation management to the ParSU delegates. After the meeting, the visitors toured the S&T facilities of the university,” the university said.
MMSU has established its two TBIs through the support of the Department of Science and Technology.
“It also serves as the lead agency for the Regional Agri-Aqua Innovation System Enhancement program in Region I,” it said.
MMSU is one of 17 agencies in the Philippines which bagged the Platinum Award from the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines for its sterling accomplishments in technology application and patenting.
