THE PANGASINAN State University and the Colegio de Dagupan on Monday signed a memorandum of agreement for research and academic collaboration.

The partnership aims to develop best practices in education and produce topnotchers in licensure examinations.

Officials from both schools were present at the virtual signing of the agreement.

“Rest assured that PSU will be your partner since we both aim for quality education. With CdD, we will move forward and outpace the paradigm shift of education in the new normal,” PSU President Dr. Dexter R. Buted said on the university’s website.

“This partnership will pave way for more activities for us to better our areas in academics, research, and service offerings to students,” CdD representative Dr. Voltaire P. Arzadon said.
