MINSCAT CONVERTED INTO MINDORO STATE UNIVERSITY

THE MINDORO State College of Agriculture and Technology has been converted into a university.

The Commission on Higher Education approved the conversion of the college after it fully complied with the necessary requirements.

The school will now be called Mindoro State University.

The achievement was attributed to officials and members of the MinSCAT community.

“This also recognizes the collegial efforts of all the key officials and members of MinSCAT, then and now, our various stakeholders and clienteles,” MinSCAT said on Facebook.

“The Marinduque State College, led by its President, Dr. Diosdado P. Zulueta, would like to express its warmest congratulations on the conversion of the Mindoro State College of Agriculture and Technology to Mindoro State University!” MSC said on Facebook.

Mindoro Governor Humerlito “Bonz” Dolor also congratulated the college.

“ISANG MALUGOD NA PAGBATI PO SA PAMUNUAN, MGA KAWANI/ EMPLEYADO, MAG-AARAL/ESTUDYANTE at KANILANG MAGULANG KUNG SAAN ANG MATAGAL NG MINIMITHI AY ISA NG KATUPARAN! CONGRATULATIONS,” he said on social media.
