MARIKINA POLYTECHNIC COLLEGE NAMES NEW PRESIDENT

/ 9 December 2021

THE MARIKINA Polytechnic College on Monday named Dr. Rene M. Caloocar as its president.

Former Officer-in-Charge Atty. Lily Freida Milla welcomed the new president in a turn-over ceremony led by the Commission on Higher Education.

Milla was the school’s OIC for 10 months.

Caloocar is the college’s 4th president.

“As we go forward, there is so much to do. And the only way to make change is to see challenges we face as opportunities. So, let us continue to recalibrate our minds to further the College goals and priorities,” Caloocar said as reported by The MPC Journal.

“Let us discover new ways to foster diversity, inclusivity, sustainability, and above all, excellence,” he added.
