MAPUA ENGINEERING SCHOOL RENEWS TIES WITH TOP PROJECT MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION

THE SCHOOL of Civil, Environmental and Geological Engineering of Mapua University just renewed its membership with the International Construction Project Management Association.

The renewal was made last August 5 as announced by the school on its official Facebook page.

“The School of Civil, Environmental and Geological Engineering of Mapua University, renewed its membership with the International Construction Project Management Association,” SCEGE said in a statement.

The ICPMA is a worldwide organization that spreads the best practice in terms of construction and project management in the field of engineering and was founded in Cannes, France in 2001.

“It is a modern and dynamic forum, providing opportunities to network with other professionals and academics and to engage in new business and research on a global basis,” SCEGE said of ICPMA.

Meanwhile, the school encouraged students to join the group ICPMA-Mapua Student Chapter (MSC) and help prepare themselves for their future careers.

“SCEGE students are encouraged to join ICPMA-MSC to prepare themselves for professional and responsible constructor positions with business, industry, consulting firms of government.” the post read.

Classes in Mapua will start on August 21 using fully online classes.
