KALINGA STATE U PULLS OUT NDFP BOOKS

/ 11 September 2021

THE KALINGA State University has pulled out books that were supplied to the university by the  National Democratic Front of the Philippines.

A report from the Philippine Information Agency said that KSU voluntarily pulled out the books upon the decision of the Board of Regents.

Some of the books that were pulled out include the NDFP declaration and program of action for the rights, protection, and welfare of children.

The materials were turned over to the Armed Forces of the Philippines and the Philippine National Police.

The Army’s 50th Infantry “Defender” Battalion, 5ID, said that the school’s decision shows that KSU is against the ideologies of the NDFP.

The Philippine government declared the NDFP and its armed wing, the New People’s Army, terrorist organizations.
