ISABELA STATE U RECEIVES PLAQUE OF RECOGNITION FOR HRM POLICIES
THE ISABELA State University was recognized by the Civil Service Commission for its excellent human resource management policies.
The university was awarded a Plaque of Recognition under the CSC’s Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management Bronze Level.
“ISU was compliant with Level 2 Maturity Indicators of the four core HRM Systems in the areas of Recruitment, Selection, and Placement; Learning and Development; Rewards and Recognition; and Performance Management,” the university said.
University President Dr. Ric Aquino expressed his gratitude to CSC for assisting ISU implement “efficient and effective public service delivery thru HRM.”
“The CSC has helped us in developing, with ease, a viable human resource program responsive to the needs of ISU employees and its clientele,” Aquino said.
