THE ISABELA State University was given P1.35 billion budget for 2023 under the General Appropriations Act.

ISU said the budget will help the university with its Capacity Development on Futures Thinking and Strategic Foresight, Higher Education Research and Innovation Project.

The allocation will also boost the university’s College of Medicine and allied health education.

It pledged to continue bringing academic excellence and research and development competence to the countryside.

ISU said it got a bigger budget with the help of Sen. Pia Cayetano.

“The University also expresses its profound appreciation to the country’s legislature for prioritizing the education of promising young minds and future nation-builders,” the school said.
