iACADEMY TOPS REAL ESTATE EXAM

iACADEMY garnered the highest rating in the recently concluded Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Exam.

IACADEMY got a 93.75 percent passing rate. Dexter Go, one of its graduates, was the Top 10 examinee with a rating of 82.5 percent.

There were 356 who took the exam.

The Professional Regulation Commission and the Board of Real Estate Service administered the Licensure Examination in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legaspi and Tacloban on September 7.

“I express my heartfelt congratulations to the whole iACADEMY community as we celebrate the exemplary performance of the REM graduates in the 2022 Real Estate Appraisers Licensure Examination. This is a true testament to our commitment to quality education,” Cecilia Sy, Vice President for Academic Affairs, said.

In the 2021 Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Exam, iACADEMY obtained a perfect 100 percent passing rate which placed it among the top schools of choice for the BS Real Estate Management program.

Prof. John Mark Vincent Gianan, the Real Estate Management program chair, topped the April 2022 REB Examination.

“I’m so proud of our students and professors who have overcome the challenges of their academic journey even coming out as achievers in the recently concluded licensure exam. This is the fruit of innovative education pursued with energy, intelligence, and determination. We would not have been able to do this without the concerted efforts of all our professors, industry partners, students, and parents who believed iACADEMY can truly change the game,” said Vanessa Tanco, President and CEO of iACADEMY.
