FEU STUDENT TOPS MARCH 2021 PHYSICIAN LICENSURE EXAMS
A Student from Far Eastern University-Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation topped the Physician Licensure Examination given this month.
Jeremiah Dimapeles led the successful examinees after getting a rate of 89.67 percent.
The Professional Regulation Commission said 1,234 out of 1,927 passed the exam.
Gabrielle Paul Pascual from the same university placed second with a rate of 88.75 percent, while Cy Johann Kent Romuga of University of Cebu College of Medicine Foundation Inc. in Mandaue ranked third with 88.42 percent.
The three were followed by Kristian Leonard Orante of University of the Philippines-Manila (87.83 percent), Ace William Pasion of Angeles University Foundation (87.33 percent), and Vanda Charisse Dejolde of Adventist University of the Philippines (87.17 percent).
The other successful examinees who landed in the Top 10 were Dane Mikhael Calica of St. Luke’s Medical Center Coll. of Medicine-William H. Quasha (87.08); Jannie Leah Miedes of Davao Medical School Foundation (87); Jaymee Borja Quinadara of Mariano Marcos State University-Batac (86.92); and Scorch Dominique Roldan of FEU-NMRF (86.17).
Meanwhile, the three top-performing schools with 50 or more examinees with at least 80 percent passing percentage were FEU-NMRF (91.67), University of Santo Tomas (88.33), and De La Salle Medical and Health Sciences Institute (80).
