THE FAR Eastern University-Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation will continue to hold online classes for the second semester of School Year 2020-2021.

“Considering the health and safety of our students, as well as the academic and administrative staff, based on the decisions of the Academic Council members of the Administration, all FEU-NMRF programs shall continue to have full online classes in the 2nd Semester of SY 2020-2021,” Atty. Antonio Abad, the university’s president, said.

President Rodrigo Duterte has cancelled the holding of limited face-to-face classes in January 2021 following reports that the new variant of the coronavirus found in the United Kingdom is more contagious.

Education Secretary Leonor Briones said the President’s order cancelling the conduct of physical classes will be followed.
