ENDERUN COLLEGES OFFERS ONLINE CULINARY CLASSES

THE ENDERUN Colleges recently launched a cooking program called “Online Culinary eXperience” for home-bound foodies wishing to learn new skills and recipes.

“Enderun offers step-by-step virtual short courses of their signature recipes, in partnership with France’s prestigious École Ducasse culinary and pastry arts institution,” the school said.

The virtual instructors include some of Duccase’s world-class executive culinary and pastry chefs.

Those who take the course will be given their own ingredients kit and an electronic primer.

Students will get a guided recipe tutorial video, assessment quizzes, recipe module, discussion boards, and a live Q&A Zoom session with the chefs.

  • Sourdough Donuts: November 28, February 27, 2021
  • Lamb Tagine with Pita Bread: December 5, March 6, 2021
  • Crêpes Suzette and Crème Brûlée: December 12, March 13, 2021
  • Hainanese Chicken Rice: December 19, March 20, 2021
  • New York Cheesecake: January 9, March 27, 2021
  • Chicken with Longganisa Fricassée, Sautéed Vegetables and Mango: January 16, April 3, 2021
  • Italian Focaccia: January 23, April 10, 2021
  • Salmon and Seafood with Greens: January 30, April 17, 2021
  • Sacher Torte – February 6, April 24, 2021
  • Italian Grissini – February 13, 2021

Those who complete the course will get a digital badge and certification of completion from École Ducasse Manila.
