/ 7 November 2021

THE DE La Salle University-Dasmariñas will continue to hold online classes for the second semester of Academic Year 2021-2022.

University Vice Chancellor for Academics and Research Marco Saez said the move seeks to ensure the health and safety of the community.

“For the second semester of SY 2021-2022, the University, including our SHS, shall continue to go on full online mode,” Saez said.

He also assured the notice for a gradual onsite learning will be given a semester ahead to allow students and parents to adjust.

“Currently, preparations are being undertaken following guidelines released by the national government,” Saez added.

Meanwhile, Mapua University will similarly continue to conduct remote learning for the second quarter of A.Y. 2021-2022.

The university said it is still in the process of securing approval from the Commission on Higher Education to resume physical classes for certain engineering laboratory courses.
