/ 22 September 2020

MISSING Polytechnic University of the Philippines Professor Charlie del Rosario, deemed to be the first person to go missing during the Marcos regime, was well remembered on the anniversary of Martial Law yesterday, September 21, 2020.

Blogger Digital Jero, in a Facebook post, said that PUP will never forget del Rosario who remains an inspiration to students.

Del Rosario was last seen on the night of March 19, 1971 during a student protest. He was putting up posters for the Movement for a Democratic Philippines national congress inside the PCC campus in Lepanto, Manila.
