THE CEBU Technical University – Argao Campus will reopen its campus in the next school year.

The decision came after school officials held a consultation with parents, students, and government officials on Monday in accordance with joint memorandum circular 2021-004 issued by the Commission on Higher Education and Department of Health.

CTU said that its Inter-Agency Task For the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases approved the reopening of the campus.

“This process of technical consultation is one of the ways of guaranteeing that the university is well-equipped to meet the demands of the students if approved to offer a limited face-to-face set-up of learning,” the university said on Facebook.

“Though change is quite hard, if all of the stakeholders have the same vision, work together for a unified mission, then they will surely achieve the goals,” it added.

CHED said that schools opting to hold limited face-to-face classes must have a high vaccination rate, retrofitted classrooms and approval from the concerned government agencies.
