The complainants claimed they were unable to access their Canvas accounts, creating much confusion.

Canvas is JRU’s main onlne learning platform.

Among some comments were: “TAGAL NAMAN, MGA KAKLASE KO NAGSSTART NA PAANO KAMI,” “HINDI PO GUMAGANA ANG ACC,” “my JRU email is accessible (Swift and AIMS) but not in canvas account,” and “We are still waiting for the jru email and password. I already emailed you and sent message on your given numbers. No reply.”

In response,  JRU reminded the students to follow its three step “Rizalian’s guide in attending online classes.”

“We would like to assure to you that all accounts will be sent to you once completed. Thank you,” JRU added.
