THE CARLOS Hilado Memorial State College and the Technological University of the Philippines signed a memorandum of understanding for the exchange of academic information, publications and expertise.

Included in the partnership is the conduct of cooperative research, community development, on-the-job training and professional development opportunities.

CHMSC Director for External Affairs Rhoderick Samonte said the partnership will strengthen the friendship and ties of the two institutions and “advance their shared vision and common goals.”

Present during the signing were CHMSC President Norberto P. Mangulabnan and TUP President Jesus Rodrigo F. Torres.

Also present were Samonte and Eric Malo-oy, TUP Visayas campus director.
