CHMSC TO PROVIDE SHUTTLE SERVICES TO EMPLOYEES AMID TRANSPORT STRIKE

/ 21 March 2022

THE CARLOS Hilado Memorial State College will provide shuttle service for its employees amid the scheduled transport strike.

Drivers are set to conduct a transport strike from Monday to Tuesday to denounce the steep rise in the prices of fuel products.

“As a public service institution we need to continue the delivery of quality education services to all our students and partners,” the college said on Facebook.

Buses will be stationed at the Silay and Bacolod City public plaza from 7 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. to transport CHMSC employees.

Employees were advised to reach out to coordinate with their superiors.

President Rodrigo Duterte has approved the proposal of the Department of Finance to provide a P200 monthly subsidy to poor families amid the continuous oil price hike.
