THE CATANDUANES State University received donations from the Department of Agriculture to be used by students.

The donations include a portable sprayer, earth digger, mini chainsaw, and lawn mower.

The DA Regional Office 5 handed the “Christmas gifts” during the distribution of vouchers to farmers.

The tools will be used by the students when face-to-face classes resume. Christmas food packages were also handed out to employees of the university.

The voucher distribution was facilitated by the National Rice Program and the Quick Response Fund that aims to give farmers thousands in discounts when purchasing fertilizer.
