CATANDUANES STATE U INITIATES DONATION PROJECT FOR INMATES

THE CATANDUNES State University has initiated a sponsorship drive to help the families of inmates at the San Andres District Jail.
CATSU will sell lanterns or “parol” for P400 to the members of its community and the public.
The proceeds of the project— dubbed as “61 Parol ng Pag-asa”— will go to the inmates’ families.
The lanterns were crafted by the families of the inmates themselves.
“Light one Parol and serve HOPE to our brothers deprived of liberty. Because Christmas is all about giving HOPE and LOVE,” CatSU said.
Prospective donors can coordinate with CatSU.
