/ 7 November 2020

STUDENTS of the Cagayan State University will have time to recharge and relax next week after the school declared a five-day academic break.

CSU President Urdujah Alvarado said that there will be no synchronous and asynchronous classes from November 9 to 13.

“Please be informed that from November 9 to 13, 2020 will be ‘ACADEMIC RELIEF’  week. This means that there will be no online classes, no assignments, no research work, no performance tasks,” she said on a Facebook post.

She said  that since students will be free from any academic obligations, they should take the opportunity to rest.

“Students must be completely free of any obligations on these days. Be safe everyone,” she added.

Several universities and colleges have declared their own academic breaks to give students and faculty a breather from distance learning.
