AN instructor from Cagayan State University received the ASEAN Youth Volunteer Award in Quang Binh Province, Vietnam last month.

CSU President Dr. Urdujah Alvarado said Dr. John Mauro Manuel of the College of Teacher Education Extension and Production was recognized for his volunteer efforts in founding I-SAVED or “Saving Vulnerable Education and Dreams.”
