THE BULACAN State University has announced that classes in all its campuses will ‪start on October 19, 2020.

The Board of Regents approved via referendum the date of the opening of classes, the school said in a post on Facebook.

The university will implement flexible learning.

It said that the submission of requirements for incoming freshmen in BulSU is ‪until October 5, 2020.

The university also holds webinars for parents to help them understand the new normal mode of education.

Meanwhile, students asked the university to improve its services since most of the transactions will be done online.

The Commission on Higher Education allows universities and colleges to decide when to open classes. However, classes should not start later than November.
