BULACAN STATE U BANS INSIDE CAMPUS GATHERING

/ 18 October 2020

THE BULACAN State University banned its employees from seating together and gathering during meals to prevent the spread of the coronavirus disease inside the campus.

In a Facebook post, the university said that socializing in communal areas is prohibited. Employees were also advised to bring packed lunch to avoid food deliveries to minimize the number of people inside the campus.

Prolonged face-to-face conversations were also discouraged.

BulSU also implemented an entry pass system for visitors and employees to monitor the people inside.

“Our Infirmary Nurses may ask few health questions to assess the visitors’ condition before allowing them to proceed to their office destination. Therefore, we would like to request our respective office personnel to always check and verify the passes of your visitors before entertaining them,” the school said.

Meanwhile, the university advised employees who have Covid19-like symptoms to self-quarantine and report their condition to the university infirmary.
