THE BENGUET State University bared plans to open a campus in Kabayan, Benguet.

The proposal to put up a new campus got the support of the Commission in Higher Education.

“The community and other stakeholders also expressed their support in establishing a BSU Campus in Kabayan as it would greatly benefit the municipality and its constituents,” BSU said on Facebook.

Initial consultations on the matter were held on April 21, 2021 at the BSU La Trinidad campus.

University officials headed by its president, Felipe Salaing Comila, and representatives from CHED and the local government of Kabayan visited the site where the campus will be built.
