BIPSU, NAVAL LGU OFFER LIVELIHOOD TRAINING

THE BILIRAN Province State University partnered with the local government of Naval to offer livelihood training for residents.

Dubbed as “Trabaho and Negosyo Para sa Navaleno,” the project aims to give residents proper training in several fields under the guidance of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority.

“The current program facilitated by the LGU Naval Livelihood and Skills Training Center and BIPSU’s Extension Services Office, is aimed to capacitate Navaleños employability and increase sources of income specially with job instability brought by the pandemic,” BiPSU said on Facebook.

The program offers training in Computer Literacy, Computer System Serving, Electrical Installation and Maintenance, Welding, Dressmaking (basic and advanced), Basic AutoCad and Website Designing using Word Press, and Call Center Agent training.

Enrollment started on February 8, 2021.
