ASIST TO RESUME WORK ON AUG. 3

THE ABRA State Institute of Sciences and Technology will resume work in all its campuses on August 3.

Work was suspended when a 7.0 magnitude earthquake rocked the province last week.

Officials had to inspect buildings after the quake.

The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office said 62,024 families have been affected by the quake, leaving six dead and 320 injured.

The institute said that its constituents can avail of interventions through psychological sessions for those who are going through challenges.

They can reach out to the ASIST Main Campus-Guidance & Counseling Office and ASIST Bangued Guidance Office Facebook pages to schedule an appointment.

The school said entrance examinations and placement tests will also resume on August 8, 2022.
