ADAMSON U RULES OUT TUITION INCREASE

/ 7 August 2022

THE ADAMSON University said that it will not raise tuition in the coming school year to help students continue their learning amid the pandemic.

The university’s vice president for Financial Affairs denied a post circulating online that there will be a tuition increase for Academic Year 2022-2023.

“While Adamson university respects everyone’s right to free expression, we release this statement to ensure that accurate information is provided to all our stakeholders, especially the students, on the matter of tuition and miscellaneous fees,” the VPFA said.

“We clarify that there is no new tuition fee increase. There is no increase in miscellaneous fees either,” it added.

It added that the school restored to full its miscellaneous fees which were cut by half in the past two academic years.

“Following the decision of the school to go Hyflex this coming semester where students will be attending in-person classes, there is, therefore, the need to return the originally approved miscellaneous fees,” the VPFA said.
