UCC COLLEGE OF EDUCATION EARNS NATIONAL RECOGNITION AS TOP PERFORMING SCHOOL IN LEPT
MAYOR Dale Along Malapitan congratulated the University of Caloocan City College of Education for earning national recognition as a top-performing school in the Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LEPT).
UCC ranked 9th nationwide among top-performing schools at the Elementary Level in the 50–90 examinees category, posting a 94.23 percent passing rate in the September and November 2025 LEPT.
Malapitan commended the entire UCC College of Education community, led by Dean Dr. Ramona Prado, and extended congratulations to the university’s newly licensed teachers.
“This achievement brings honor to our city,” the mayor said, expressing gratitude to the faculty, administrators, and graduates who contributed to this milestone. He encouraged new educators to apply their knowledge and values in service to the community.
The recognition underscores Caloocan City’s commitment to quality education and reflects UCC’s role in developing competent and dedicated teachers under the banner of #AksyonAtMalasakit.
