KABATAAN Partylist led other youth organizations in urging President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. to certify as urgent the Safe School Reopening and Student Aid bills.
The youth organizations at the same time, stated its ‘Eduk-Aksyon’ demands to address the worsening education crisis exposed by the Covid19 pandemic.
Raoul Manuel said.
“If we want the youth to be more nationalistic, hindi mandatory ROTC ang dapat ibalik. Philippine history, Filipino, Panitikan and Constitution ang dapat ibalik sa high school and college curriculum,” the lawmaker stressed.
The groups also urged the President to lay down his plans for the education sector and programs to ensure quality education for the youth.
