UST LIBRARY HOLDS RESEARCH SEMINAR
THE UNIVERSITY of Santo Tomas Miguel de Benavides Library, in partnership with Elsevier, has organized a virtual training to assist teachers and students in their academic research.
The training with the theme ‘ScienceDirect Best Practices’ will be conducted by Johan Jang, customer consultant of Elsevier South East Asia on September 18, 2020 from 10 a.m. to 12 noon.
“ScienceDirect helps you find answers to your most pressing research questions, stay on top of your field, and gain in-depth insights into trending research topics as you take your next steps in discovery,” Elsevier said.
“Combined with Scopus, your research journey would be an enjoyable one. Learn how to utilize both tools effectively and efficiently,” it added.
The training will cover topics such as how to search for research articles effectively, how to find research collaborators, how to understand research topics, how to integrate ScienceDirect with Mendeley, and how to integrate Scopus with ScienceDirect.
