PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte signed three bills into law changing the name of schools in Camarines Sur, Davao Occidental and Mountain Province.

These are the Salin Elementary School in Bauko, Mountain Province; Molmol Elementary School in Jose Abad Santos, Davao Occidental and Pinaglabanan High School in Goa, Camarines Sur.

Under Republic Acts 11764, 11763 and 11762 , the SES was named Talban P. Bitayan Elementary School, the PHS was renamed Pinaglabanan National High School and the MES was named Mariano Anoy Sangay Integrated School.

Talban Bitayan donated 20,130 square meters of his land  in Sitio Salin, Sadsadan, Bauko, Mountain Province to be used solely for the education of his province mates,  Representative Maximo ‘Maxi’ Y. Dalog, Jr. of Mountain Province said on Facebook.
