/ 26 October 2021

TO CONTRIBUTE to the government’s vaccination campaign, the Davao de Oro State College has started inoculating its students against Covid19.

DDOSC said that a total of 132 students from its Compostela campus were inoculated with the Moderna vaccine at the Compostela Central Elementary School on Friday.

It said that 22 students received the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine.

“As one of the higher education institutions, the Davao de Oro State College aims to intensify and increase its vaccination coverage by including its students in Covid-19 vaccination and immunization programs,” DDOSC said in a Facebook post on Monday.

“In our mission to achieve a fully vaccinated campus, we encourage all the DDOSC faculty, staff, and students across campuses to get vaccinated and protected,” it added.

The college collaborated with the Municipality of Compostela’s Municipal Health Office for the vaccination.
