UNIVERSITY OF CEBU GRADUATE TOPS REAL ESTATE APPRAISER LICENSURE EXAM
A GRADUATE of the University of Cebu topped the Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Examination given this month.
Juliefe Pepito Cuenca led the successful examinees with a rating of 90.50 percent.
The Professional Regulation Commission said 134 out of 167 examinees passed.
John Mark Vincent Gianan of Gardner College Diliman, Inc. in Marikina City came in second with 90 percent.
Tied at third place with 87 percent are Lilith Caubalejo Imus of Saint Paul School of Professional Studies, Jennifer Magpoc Salazar of St. Benilde Center for Global Competence, Inc., Thomas Befel Toquero Temblor of University of Cebu, Carrol Grejaldo Verdeflor of Cronasia Foundation College, Inc in General Santos., and Marjorie Benitez Yu-Restor of SPSPS.
Eloisa Monique Pelisco Yepez of University of Mindanao in Davao City; and Trinity of University of Asia graduates Erika Mary Chua Lusterio, Sherren Fabian Regarde, and Maximilian So Tanenglian placed fourth with 86.50 percent.
They were followed by Shierra Pearl Alegria Mendoza of UM (85.50); Cyril Serafin Altea of TUA (85); Nestle Jane Gudes Bontuyan of CFCI (85); Maria Josefita Esquivias Dos Santos of TUA (85); and Rollie Nipay Garcia of AMA Computer College-Batangas City (85).
Completing the top 10 list are Jayson John Palmarez Buenviaje of TUA (84.50); Jayfritz Autentico Flor of TUA (84.50); Jere James Mirasol OF SPSPS (84.50); Lilia Cruz Salazar of New Era University (84.50); Jessica Osa Bautista of TUA (84); Mary Ann Olaran Camay of GCDI (84); Mary Kristine Gatlabayan Kintanilla of TUA (84); and Beverly Catugas Trogo of GCDI (84).
Others in the top 10 bracket are Cezar Caballero Agtas Jr. of Santa Isabel College of Iloilo City (83.50); Arafat Datumanong Domado of TUA (83.50); Juan Miguel Patindol Flores of UC (83.50); Jad Froilan Cernol Jamias of UM (83.50); and Rochel Maceda Orit of SPSPS (83.50).
The top performing schools with 5 or more examinees with at least 80 percent passing percentage are CFCI in General Santos (100); New Era University (100); TUA (85.71); Southway College of Technology (84); Emilio Aguinaldo College-Dasmarinas (83.33); GCDI in Marikina City (82.35); and UM in Davao City (80).
