THE BULACAN State University’s Confucius Institute and the Bulacan Chamber of Commerce and Industry signed a memorandum of understanding that will allow members of the latter to take free Mandarin classes.

The partnership is in line with the university’s extension program dubbed “DAUPAN: University-Industry Development partnership program.”

“The provisions of the accord state that the BulSU CI shall provide free Mandarin classes to the members of BCCI under the University’s Extension program component,” BulSU said on Facebook.

The undertaking is in line with the looming  completion of the Bulacan International Airport.

“This is in anticipation of the arrival of Chinese tourists upon the completion of the new international airport in Bulacan,” the university said.
