THE UNIVERSITY of the Cordilleras partnered with the Department of Education office in Baguio City to develop a game-based learning application.

Dubbed as “Project Imahe Labs”,  the application will be developed for Chemistry subjects of junior and senior high school learners in Baguio City.

The project is expected to be completed in two years.

“The application features mobile, virtual reality for visually interactive learning experiences of learners,” UC said on Facebook.

Officials from UC and DEPED signed the Memorandum of Agreement on March 9, 2021.

The project has a P6.3 million funding from the Department of Science and Technology’s Philippine Council for Industry, Energy, and Engineering Technology Research and Development.
