SAINT LOUIS University has paid tribute to its former vice president for academic affairs who passed away on December 23, 2020.

The school offered prayers for the soul of Dr. Maria Clara Agustines Pangilinan and extended its condolences to Pangilinan’s family.

“Our thoughts and prayers are with the Pangilinan family. Eternal rest grant unto the soul of Maria Clara Agustines Pangilinan, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her,” it said on Facebook.

“May her soul and all the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen,” it added.

Pangilinan passed away two days before Christmas but the cause of death was not disclosed.

Several netizens also sent their condolences to Pangilinan’s family.
