VICE ESPORTS EARNS SLOT IN DPC 2021

Vice Esports sealed up the four-slot candidate for the Philippines in the upper-division Dota Pro Circuit Southeast Asia Regional League (DPC-SEA) after finishing front last Thursday.

Crushing Malaysian Galaxy Racers with a 2-0, Vice Esports completed the last remaining spot of DPC-SEA Regional league joining the roster of teams—Neon Esports and Filipino powerhouse TNC Predator, who secured a direct invite to advance in the upper bracket.  

Offlane, Michael “Enryu” Ladines made a stellar play posting 11 kills, 17 assists, and a lone death with Mars.

While mid-laner Mark Anthony “Bob” Urbina racked up n9 kills and 18 assists against Game racers.

With Mirana, Joshua “Samael” Dela Serna was able to downplay Game Racers with 33-6, 25 assists.

Powered with Morphling, the squad was able to clinch the victory with Jinn “Palos” Lamatao stealing the show finishing 14 kills, 5 deaths, and 13 assists.

Other than representing the Philippines in DPC-SEA, Filipino players were able to partake in the upper-division. Djardel “DJ” Mampusti and Polo “Raven” Luis playing for Malaysia’s Fnatic.

Another Filipino player representing South Korea’s T1 are Midlaner Karl “Karl” Jayme and Offlane Carlo “Kuku” Palad.

After the completion of the eight teams for qualifiers, Smart Omega and Cignal Ultra are in the scrimmage to win a position in the 12-teams lower-division qualifier.
