KAI SOTTO FINISHES HIGH SCHOOL FROM MIAMI SCHOOL
NBA prospect Kai Sotto has finally received his high school diploma from Miami School in Hamilton, Ohio.
Sotto left the Philippines two years ago in pursuit of his NBA dreams, yet that didn’t stop him from pursuing his studies.
He left Ateneo when he was a third-year student but was able to bring fame to his name as he led the championship title to the Blue Eaglets of UAAP Season 80.
And now that the 7-foot-3 cager is out of his secondary schooling, he will be now hurdling his collegiate career as well as his basketball career.
Since Sotto’s contract with Team Ignite was not disclosed it was not clear if he was eligible for a college grant at Arizona University.
And even Ervin, the father of Kai ascertained to his Facebook post that since the young man is already a pro player, he will not be eligible to just join a collegiate program.
Nonetheless, as of now, Sotto is under the hands of professional basketball trainer Stanley Remy.
Where the well-decorated mentor shared that “Potential is only potential if you work hard to make it a reality. Great work this weekend @kzsotto, the sky is truly the limit.”
