LAWMAKER REAFFIRMS COMMITMENT TO HELP FILIPINO GRADUATES TRANSITION TO THE WORKFORCE
SENATOR JV Ejercito lauded the latest graduates of Bulacan State University (BulSU), particularly its engineering graduates, and reaffirmed his commitment to advancing policies that will help young Filipinos successfully transition from college to the workforce.
Speaking during the university’s commencement exercises, Ejercito congratulated the graduates and commended their dedication, perseverance, and hard work in reaching a significant milestone in their lives.
“Every time I am invited to speak at graduation ceremonies, it is inspiring to see the youth who are considered the hope of the nation,” Ejercito said. “But beyond being the hope of the country, our young people must also be dependable and ready to contribute.”
The senator assured the graduates that he would continue pushing for programs and legislative measures that would equip young Filipinos with the skills, opportunities, and support needed to build successful careers and navigate life after college.
Ejercito also paid tribute to the parents and families who supported the students throughout their academic journey, describing graduation as a shared achievement.
“This day is not only an accomplishment for the graduates. It is also proof of the hard work, perseverance, and love of their parents who sacrificed to help them reach this milestone,” he said.
Addressing BulSU’s engineering graduates, Ejercito emphasized the vital role they will play in the country’s development through infrastructure projects, innovation, and nation-building efforts.
He encouraged the graduates to use their education, knowledge, and talents in service of the Filipino people, stressing that young professionals will be key drivers of progress and development in the years ahead.
The commencement ceremony marked another milestone for Bulacan State University as it sent off a new batch of graduates ready to enter the workforce and contribute to national development.
