A PANGASINAN State University graduate from its Lingayen campus continued to assist students through his initiative ‘Padyaloverary’.

Frank Allen Quiray, who holds a Bachelor of Technical Teacher’s Education degree program, has been running the project since the pandemic last year.

The term ‘PADYALOVERARY’ is a mix of the words ‘Padyak, Love, and Library’.

He intends to assist students who are experiencing difficulty with their studies.

A free tutorial in every zone in their barangay was held with the support of the Go Bike Project and the youth of their community.

With the initiative, Quiray was able to teach and help students amid the pandemic.
