PILOT RUN OF F2F CLASSES IN NEGROS OCCIDENTAL SUCCESSFUL

/ 14 December 2021

THE PILOT run of face-to-face classes in two schools in Negros Occidental was a success, an official of the Department of Education said.

Ian Arnold Arnaez, information officer of the DepEd-Negros Occidental School Division, said that in-person classes were conducted at the Aguntilang Elementary School in Isabela town and Valladolid National High School.

The two schools are among the 11 public elementary and high schools in the province that were allowed to hold limited physical classes.

“The opening of limited F2F classes at Aguntilang Elementary School in Isabela town and Valladolid National High School in Valladolid town went on smoothly,” Arnaez said.

He attributed the success of the pilot run to the “careful planning of schools and partnership with different stakeholders.”
