THE Department of Education will continue its efforts to enhance education and ensure that every Filipino will have access to quality education, Vice President Sara Duterte-Carpio said.

Duterte-Carpio made the vow when she visited the OPRRA National High School in Cebu City where she stressed the importance of education to the youth.

“Ang kaalaman ay ang susi sa tagumpay at pag-unlad ng kanilang buhay at ng kanilang mga minamahal,” she said.

The Vice President distributed school supples and dental kits to the students.

She reminded teachers to encourage their students to do well in school.

“Pinaalalahanan din namin ang mga guro na patuloy na hikayatin at tiyakin na ang mga mag-aaral ay handang magsipag at makamit ang kanilang mga hangarin sa edukasyon,” she said.
