SENATOR Christopher “Bong” Go reaffirmed his commitment to expanding access to education as he extended support to more than 1,600 college students in Rizal province through separate assistance activities in Antipolo City and Tanay.

Dubbed an adopted son of CALABARZON, Go joined local officials in providing aid to a total of 1,613 student beneficiaries.

While his team led the morning distribution in Antipolo City, the senator personally attended the afternoon activity in Tanay.

The Antipolo leg, held at the Ynares Event Center, benefited 622 students from various municipalities, including Antipolo, Angono, Teresa, Binangonan, Cainta, and Taytay.

Go also led the assistance program at the Tanay Gym, where 991 students from Tanay, Jalajala, Baras, Cardona, Morong, and Pililla received support.

In his message, Go encouraged students to remain hopeful despite challenges, emphasizing the government’s role in helping them complete their education.

“Despite the difficulties, we are here to serve and assist you in whatever way we can. Do not lose hope because we are with you every step of the way toward a better future,” he said.

The senator noted that beneficiaries received educational assistance aimed at helping them stay in school.

As a member of the Senate Committee on Higher Education, Go reiterated his support for policies that strengthen the education sector while safeguarding students’ health and well-being.

He also underscored his continued commitment to public service, emphasizing that helping others remains at the core of his work.
