THE DEPARTMENT of Education is still looking for teacher-broadcasters who will participate in educational programs that will be aired over various channels under the blended learning scheme.

“Pupuwede ka pa maging teacher-broadcaster ngayong SY 2020-2021. Bukas na para sa 3rd batch ang tawag para sa mga teacher-broadcaster ng DepEd TV, radio, at DepEd TeleRadyo sa lahat ng public school teachers,” said DepEd Undersecretary Alain Pascua.

Interested applicants should be:

• Confident and physically and mentally fit;
• Outgoing, creative and socially savvy;
• Computer and smartphone literate;
• Has a camera phone and strong internet connection;
• Preferably with experience in video and social media content creation, public speaking and speech or drama and
• Must have a technical support team to help in recording video and audio lectures.

All applicants must register at bit.ly/depedtbaf3, upload their resumes and brief profile and submit a five-minute video demonstrating mastery on the subject applied for.

Some 106 teacher-broadcasters  qualified for the second batch.

DepEd has started airing educational programs on various channels such as GMA Affordabox, PTV 4, IBC 13 and Solar Learning Channels.
