THE UNIVERSITY of Santo Tomas has waived the application fee for admission rating for selected students for school year 2021-2022.

“If you belong to the Top 10 of your batch, studying in a local, and an incoming Senior High School or College/LEAPMed Applicant, your application fee is waived,” UST said in a Facebook post.

“Just upload an Academic Certification signed by your School Principal in lieu of your BPI/Metrobank Payment Receipt on your Application Portal,” it added.

“The admission rate is a score that is computed from a number of parameters derived largely from academic performance and record of the applicant,” the university explained.

Last August, UST announced that it would not administer the entrance test for Academic Year 2021-2020 in consideration of the quarantine restrictions.

On August 30, UST opened its application for admission. Deadline for the submission of applications is on December 18, 2020.
