UNIVERSITY OF SAN CARLOS GETS ISO CERTIFICATION FROM BRITISH STANDARDS INSTITUTION
THE UNIVERSITY of San Carlos has secured an ISO 9001:2015 certification from the British Standards Institution.
The recognition covered USC’s support services on student welfare, student development and institutional student programs.
BSI is regarded as one of the best independent assessors in the world. A certification denotes that an institution is trustworthy and has a competitive advantage.
The university started building its Quality Management System in 2012.
Presidential Assistance for Quality Assurance Irish Tejero-Dakay said that they started working with very separate and distinct units.
The first goal was to break the silos and integrate different units into one system. This led to the integration of departments involved in the entire student experience from admission to graduation.
