UCC TO OPEN NEW COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING CAMPUS
THE UNIVERSITY of Caloocan City or UCC will open its new College of Engineering campus in Bagong Silang, Caloocan City-North once the new school year starts.
The opening of the new campus is a fulfillment of one of the campaign platforms of City Mayor Dale Gonzalo ‘Along’ Malapitan.
The new college will be offering programs for Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, and Computer Engineering with free tuition like other UCC programs.
Malapitan encouraged his constituents to take advantage of this development and declared that the city government remains committed to empowering the youth and strengthening the education system by providing more options for the city’s students.
The local official likewise pointed out that more projects are still underway to provide better education to the city university and other public schools.
“Hindi pa po tayo tapos. Marami pa pong susunod na proyekto kagaya na nga lang ng UCC College of Medicine and Health Sciences upang pangalagaan ang iba’t-interes ng mga Batang Kankaloo,” he declared.
A special application for admission for prospective Engineering students was scheduled by UCC to commence from July 8 until July 12.
