SORSOGON STATE COLLEGE STARTS DONATION DRIVE FOR TYPHOON VICTIMS
The SORSOGON State College has initiated a donation drive to help the victims of Typhoon Rolly in Bicol region.
Through its “SSC Cares” program, the college will accept donations in cash or in kind. These will be distributed to typhoon victims in Bicol.
“As our fellow Bicolanos brave the aftermath of Typhoon Rolly, SSC calls on your sincere kindness and generosity for some donations in cash or in kind to help those who were greatly affected by the calamity,” SSC said on Facebook.
“The collected amount will be used to purchase goods and relief packages for our brothers and sisters in Albay and Catanduanes,” it added.
Donors were advised to visit the school’s Facebook page for bank and GCash details.
Meanwhile, donations in kind can be dropped off at the SSC Sorsogon City campus covered court.
