TO ADVANCE its innovation and internationalization, the Samar State University signed a partnership agreement with Bharatiya Engineering, Science and Technology Innovation University in India.

A memorandum of agreement was signed by SSU President Dr. Marilyn Cardoso and BEST Innovation University Chancellor Dr. Rupa Vasudevan at Visakhapatnam, Andra Pradesh in India last month.

Through the agreement, the two universities will work together to foster intellectual exchange and cooperation.

The partnership aims to enhance educational opportunities for students, promote faculty exchange programs, and facilitate the exchange of knowledge and innovation.

“With SSU’s vision of being a transformative university committed to technology, innovation, and service excellence, this partnership is expected to lead to further collaboration and development in the field of research, education and innovative practices,” SSU said.

[This also seeks] to enhance the reputation of the institutions in the global academic community as they work hand-in-hand for a wider social change,” it added.
